Terms & Conditions – Helsinki Holiday Photo Sessions
📅 Booking & Availability
- All bookings are made in advance via the online form.
- Bookings are subject to my availability. I will confirm your selected date within 24–48 hours.
- Clients are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed meeting location. Late arrival may shorten the session time.
📍 Meeting Point & Travel
- Clients arrive independently at the agreed location.
- Travel costs or transportation are not included in the session price.
- I may suggest scenic locations based on your preferences, accessibility, and time of day.
´Weather Policy
- Sessions take place outdoors and are weather dependent.
- In case of heavy rain or unsafe weather, we can:
- Reschedule the session (subject to availability), or
- Cancel with no penalty if rescheduling is not possible.
📸 Image Delivery
- Final edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery.
- Delivery time depends on the package.
- The number of photos delivered is based on the package chosen.
Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 30% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or very late arrivals (20+ minutes) may forfeit the session.
Use of Images
- You may use your photos for personal use, such as social media, holiday cards, or printing.
- I may request to use a few of your photos for my portfolio or social media (with your permission).
- Commercial or promotional use of the images (e.g., for brand use) requires a separate agreement.
